Privacy on this site. Short, because there is little to say.

The short version

Browsing this site does not identify you. There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels, no tag manager and no chat widget. Nothing you do here is profiled, and nothing is shared with anyone for marketing. The only time you hand us personal data is when you fill in the contact form, and then it is because you want an answer.

Who is responsible

AlgoCreed publishes this site and decides what happens to the data described here. Write to contact@avyna.io about anything on this page, including a request to see, correct or delete what we hold.

What is stored on your device

One entry, in your browser's local storage:

• avyna.lang — holds the language you picked, “en” or “fr”. It is written only when you change the language, so that the site opens in it next time.
• It is not an identifier, it is never sent to us or to anyone else, and clearing your browser's site data removes it.
• There are no cookies of any kind. Nothing here needs your consent, which is why this site shows no consent banner.

What the contact form sends

If you submit the form on the contact page, it sends what you typed — your name, email address, organization, what you are interested in, the rough size of your estate, your message, and which language you were reading in — to our own API at api.catalog.avyna.io, which records it and emails it to us. The form also carries a hidden field that stays empty for a person and is filled in by automated scripts; a submission that fills it is rejected.

• We use it to answer you, and for no other purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass it to anyone else.
• The lawful basis is your request: you are asking us to get in touch, and taking steps at your request is why we hold it.
• We keep it while your enquiry is open and afterwards only as long as we need a record of the exchange. Ask us to delete it and we will.
• If you would rather not use the form, the page offers a plain email link instead, which sends nothing anywhere until you press send in your own mail client.

The one request that leaves this site

Prices are shown in your region's currency, so when a page with prices loads, your browser asks api.country.is which country your connection is in. That request goes from your browser to them directly: we never receive your IP address, and they receive it in the course of answering.

• The answer is a country code. It is used to choose a currency and is not stored.
• Nothing else on this site calls a third party. The typefaces are served from this site rather than from Google, so no font request leaves it either.

Where the site is hosted

The site is static files served by Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps, from their East US 2 region. Like any web server, theirs records the requests it serves, which includes IP addresses; those logs are Microsoft's, kept under their terms, and we do not use them to build anything about you.

Your rights

Where data protection law applies to you — and we apply this regardless of where you are — you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our holding it, or ask for it in a portable form. Write to contact@avyna.io and we will answer. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes in substance, the date above changes with it. There is no archive of earlier versions; this page is what stands today.
