One product. Priced by how many people use it.

Plans are sized by how many people use Catalog, and nothing else. Every plan starts with 30 days free, then bills through Stripe.

30 days free

Every plan starts with 30 days free.

  • The whole product, not a cut-down version of it — the plans differ only by how many people can use Catalog, so there is nothing held back to try.
  • A payment method is taken at sign-up on Stripe’s hosted checkout. Nothing is charged until the 30 days are up, and the first invoice is shown before it is raised.
  • Cancel before the trial ends and you are not billed — including on a twelve-month commitment, where the term starts when billing starts, not when you sign up.

All prices exclude tax and are shown per month. The twelve-month commitment fixes the term, not the payment: nothing is ever charged a year in advance.

How this model actually works

  • Priced per organization against a Catalog-user limit — not per seat. The bill does not move every time someone joins.
  • A Catalog user is counted from their first sign-in. Disabled and removed accounts release their place automatically.
  • The limit is visible in the product before it bites: administrators are warned as usage approaches it and told when it is reached.
  • Raising the limit is self-serve and takes effect immediately. Lowering it is available whenever you are inside the smaller limit.

Terms

  • Prices exclude tax. Billed monthly, or on a twelve-month commitment at the lower rate.
  • Payment is taken on Stripe’s hosted checkout. Card details never reach our servers.
  • Invoices, refunds, retries and tax are handled by Stripe end to end.
  • Change plan, update payment details, read invoices and cancel from the billing screen, without contacting anyone.
  • The per-user figure on each card is indicative, rounded, and worked out at that plan’s full limit. You are billed the plan price, whatever number of places you use.

Questions

About what you actually pay.

What’s the difference between the plans?

The number of people who can use Catalog. That is the only difference. Every plan is the complete product — the same catalog, the same approval chains, the same scoping, the same automatic fulfilment — sized to a different directory.

Is there a free trial?

30 days, on every plan and on both billing terms. It is the whole product, so there is no smaller version to try. A payment method is taken at sign-up on Stripe’s hosted checkout, and nothing is charged until the 30 days are up. Cancel before then and you are not billed, including on a twelve-month commitment: that term starts when billing starts, not when you sign up.

How is it priced?

Per organization, by the number of Catalog users included in the plan — not per seat, and not by feature. Beyond the largest plan, the offer is built with you.

What happens if we reach the user limit?

Everyone already counted keeps full access. New people cannot sign in until the plan is raised, and they get an explanation plus a one-click way to notify the administrators. Administrators are warned before the limit and notified when it is reached, and raise it from the billing screen without contacting anyone.

Can we downgrade?

Only if you are inside the smaller plan’s limit at the time the change takes effect. If you are over it, the change is refused and you are told why, rather than people silently losing access.

Available now

Set it up in about a minute.

Your organization already has an Intune catalog and an Entra directory. What it does not have is a way for someone to ask for the software they need, or for access to the group they need to be in, without opening a ticket — or for a manager to approve that without an IT person in the middle.
