What’s new in Avyna Catalog.
What has shipped, and what is coming next. Coming next is a roadmap, not a commitment: none of it is available today and none of it carries a date.

What you can use today
Reports and Excel export
Managers see every request in the organization and moderators see the ones they moderate, filtered by status, dates, platform, device, requester, subject, approver and moderator. The filtered report downloads as an Excel spreadsheet.
Macs as well as Windows
Requests for applications that install to a device now cover macOS as well as Windows, and you are only offered devices running the right operating system.
Approval delegation
Approvers can name up to three colleagues to act for them, permanently or for a set period. The record shows who acted and whose approval they were covering.
A short reference on every request
Every request carries a short code such as APP-7K2MP, on screen and in every email, copyable in one click, with a lookup that takes the right person to the right view.
Support inside the product
A support form with screenshots returns a reference and continues by email. You can reach it from the sign-in screen, the app footer and the screen shown when the plan is full.
Handing over one person’s duties
A user manager can move someone’s rights, moderated items and approval steps to a replacement in one step. Requests already waiting on them move across instead of being cancelled.
Groups for devices
A published group can be assigned per person or per device, so a device joins the group instead of the person it belongs to. For these groups, all of your devices are offered, whatever their platform.
Organization settings
Three settings, set once for the organization: whether a request that needs a missing manager is blocked or cleared automatically, whether moderators may create applications, and whether they may create groups.

Coming next
This is a roadmap. Nothing here is available today, it carries no dates, and it is not counted in any feature list on this site.
Roadmap
Access that does not have to be forever
Catalog grants access today and says plainly that it does not take it back. What comes after the grant is the part being worked on.
Available now
Set it up in about a minute.
Your organization already has an Intune catalog and an Entra directory. What it does not have is a way for someone to ask for the software they need, or for access to the group they need to be in, without opening a ticket — or for a manager to approve that without an IT person in the middle.
