Track your requests

Follow every request step by step, and quote its reference when you need to chase it.

01 See where a request is

My Demands lists everything you have asked for, with its status, its progress by step, who is holding it, and the dates it was requested and last updated. Filter by status, date, platform and type.

My Demands: your requests with status, progress by step, dates, and the Cancel, View and Submit again buttons.

02 Open a request

Open a request to see its approval workflow, with each step, its status and who is holding it, and an activity trail of who did what and when.

A request just submitted: its reference, the approval workflow with step 1 in progress, and the activity trail.

03 Every request has a reference

A short reference such as APP-7K2MP identifies the request. It is on screen and in every email, and it copies in one click. Typing it into the lookup takes the right person to the right view.

04 Withdraw or ask again

You can withdraw your own request while it is still open, and whoever was waiting is told. A request that was rejected or canceled can be submitted again.

05 When approval is the delivery

On the last approval you are added, or the device you chose is, to the Intune group that carries the access, and Intune deploys as it normally would. If the hand-off fails it is retried. If it still fails, the request is marked failed and you are told.
